作為貴州省重點交通工程，安盤高速公路（安順至盤州段）的建設(shè)對砂石骨料的品質(zhì)和供應(yīng)穩(wěn)定性提出了嚴格要求。2023年10月，世邦集團為該高速公路配套建設(shè)的200t/h石灰石破碎生產(chǎn)線在六盤水盤州市正式投產(chǎn)運行，為項目建設(shè)提供了堅實的砂石骨料保障。
生產(chǎn)線概述
這條200t/h的石灰石破碎生產(chǎn)線采用了先進的"三級破碎+整形+篩分"工藝方案，設(shè)備配置科學(xué)合理：
GF1245重型板式給料機
進料口尺寸：1200×4500mm
處理能力：80-400t/h
采用重型槽鋼結(jié)構(gòu)架體，配備高品質(zhì)鏈輪鏈條
可根據(jù)后續(xù)破碎需求實現(xiàn)變頻調(diào)速給料
PE750×1060顎式破碎機（粗碎）

工藝流程
開采的石灰石原料經(jīng)GF1245給料機均勻輸送至PE750×1060顎破進行初級破碎，產(chǎn)出0-200mm的粗料；隨后進入PF1315反擊破進行中細碎處理；最后VSI9526整形機制砂，配合S5X2460-3振動篩進行分級，得到0-5mm、5-10mm、10-20mm等多種規(guī)格的高品質(zhì)骨料。
