新疆有色鋰礦石破碎選礦項(xiàng)目位于新疆和田市和田縣，主要鋰礦石為鋰輝石、鋰云母，脈石礦物為石英和長(zhǎng)石，為了降低0-6mm成品中，0.5mm以下物料占比，
并綜合后續(xù)選礦工藝要求，黎明重工更多使用沖擊式破碎機(jī)代替高壓輥磨機(jī)方案，代客戶做來(lái)料加工試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，沖擊式破碎機(jī)比高壓輥磨機(jī)破碎產(chǎn)生的0.5mm以下產(chǎn)品含量降低43%左右。最終0.5-6mm成品進(jìn)行兩段重介質(zhì)選礦，得到精礦、中礦及尾礦三種產(chǎn)品。
2025年2月，該項(xiàng)目投料試車(chē)成功，好的批合格鋰精礦品位達(dá)到5.0%，該項(xiàng)目采用了好的的重介質(zhì)選礦工藝，選礦成本降低約40%，每年將能產(chǎn)出60萬(wàn)噸鋰精礦。
設(shè)備用途：用于超細(xì)碎，為重介質(zhì)選礦提供合格粒度的原料。
礦石性質(zhì)：屬于花崗偉晶巖類鋰礦石，主要鋰礦石為鋰礦石、鋰云母，其中鋰輝石含量約21.6%，鋰云母含量約4.98%；主要脈石礦物為石英和長(zhǎng)石，其中石英含量約28.26%，長(zhǎng)石含量約43.09%，礦石密度：2.62t/m³。
破碎工藝：采用四段二閉路工藝流程，其中粗碎設(shè)在采場(chǎng)，礦石粗碎后轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)至選礦廠粗礦倉(cāng)，進(jìn)行中碎、細(xì)碎和超細(xì)碎，中碎采用圓錐破碎機(jī)，超細(xì)碎采用沖擊式破碎機(jī)。最終產(chǎn)品為-6mm（其中-0.5mm含量盡可能少）。原則工藝流程見(jiàn)圖1.
立軸沖擊破設(shè)計(jì)通過(guò)量：2403t/h（破碎系統(tǒng)新給料量為890t/h，沖擊破最大循環(huán)負(fù)荷約為270%）。
給料方式：立軸沖擊破采用皮帶給料機(jī)給料，給料粒度（6-30）mm。
產(chǎn)品要求：最終破碎產(chǎn)品粒度-6mm，且產(chǎn)品中-0.5mm粒度含量盡可能少。
考慮到?jīng)_擊破的檢修強(qiáng)度，需要考慮一定的備用率，建議備用率≥30%。
安裝地點(diǎn)：該項(xiàng)目選礦廠的中細(xì)碎廠房室內(nèi)（地面海拔4602m），正常工業(yè)采暖，礦區(qū)地形陡峻。
該項(xiàng)目和田縣管轄，位于和田縣城，地勢(shì)總體南高北低，海拔多在4500m以上，最高海拔6260m，最低海拔4481m，相對(duì)高差300m～1200m。項(xiàng)目屬于鋰鈹稀有多金屬礦，含鋰礦物以鋰輝石為主，其次為含鋰白云母，鉭鈮礦物主要是鉭鈮鐵礦。
新疆有色鋰礦石破碎選礦項(xiàng)目客戶加工鋰礦石（主要成分之一為鋰云母），傳統(tǒng)方案在超細(xì)碎階段一般采用高壓輥磨機(jī)，而高壓輥磨機(jī)0-0.5mm含量非常高，非常不利于鋰云母的重選。因此，客戶希望尋求其他替代方案，以減少鋰云母破碎產(chǎn)品中-0.5mm粒度含量。

工藝流程
原礦經(jīng)三段一閉路破碎及立軸沖擊破超細(xì)碎篩分后產(chǎn)品粒度為-6mm，原礦經(jīng)濕篩分級(jí)后，0.5-6mm進(jìn)行兩段重介質(zhì)選礦，得到精礦、中礦及尾礦三種產(chǎn)品，中礦經(jīng)膠帶給入磨機(jī)；-0.5mm經(jīng)濃縮后泵送至磨礦排礦池，磨機(jī)排礦與旋流器形成閉路。系統(tǒng)新給料量:294.7t/h（含波動(dòng)系數(shù)1.1），其中中礦比例約為73.6%，-0.5mm比例約為26.4%。
