一、建筑垃圾預處理與分揀系統
項目采用三級分揀流程：
一級人工分揀：剔除塑料、木材等大件雜物。
二級機械分揀：通過振動篩分離輕質物料（如泡沫、石膏板）。
三級磁選分揀：利用電磁除鐵設備回收金屬材料（回收率≥95%）。
分揀后的建筑廢料主要包括混凝土塊、磚瓦和石料，經傳送帶進入破碎系統。
二、破碎生產線工藝流程
生產線采用"顎破+反擊破+圓錐破"三段式破碎組合：
一級破碎：PE750×1060顎式破碎機將大塊物料（≤800mm）破碎至150mm以下。
二級破碎：PF系列反擊式破碎機中等硬度物料預處理（150mm→50mm）。
三級破碎：HPT多缸液壓圓錐破對硬質巖石精加工（50mm→≤25mm）。
配套S5X振動篩實現物料分級，產出0-5mm、5-10mm、10-20mm、20-40mm四種規(guī)格骨料。
